Software engineering / Web applications
Web apps that
work for you.
From the internal panel that speeds up your team to the customer-facing product that represents your brand. We design and build web applications that run in the browser, with real logic, data and users: fast, secure and made to fit you.
What it is
A website you don’t just read:
one you use.
A web application is software that runs in the browser. There’s nothing to install: it opens at an address, works on any device and stores your data on a central server that the whole team accesses at the same time.
The difference from an ordinary website is what’s underneath, not the surface. A static website or one run on a CMS (WordPress and the like) exists to show information: pages, text and images that most people only read. A web application, by contrast, does things: it manages users and permissions, processes data, applies business rules, connects to other systems and remembers the state of every operation. It’s the difference between a brochure and a tool.
It’s part of our software engineering practice, and it’s usually the point where a company makes the leap from working “with spreadsheets and emails” to working with a system of its own that grows with it.
What we build
Many shapes,
one engine.
“Web application” covers very different things. These are the ones we’re asked for most:
- Internal panels and back-office
- Customer portals and self-service
- Marketplaces and two-sided platforms
- Progressive web apps (PWA)
- Subscription SaaS tools
- Dashboards and analytics
- Product configurators and calculators
- Private areas and extranets
Problems it solves
Signs you’ve
outgrown it.
Processes that live in Excel
A spreadsheet shared by ten people ends up with versions that don’t match, broken formulas and nobody sure which one is the good one. It works until it doesn’t.
Scattered tools
Every team runs its own app and data is copied by hand from one to another. Nobody has the full picture and everyone works from a fragment.
No remote access
The program only runs on one office computer. Outside of it, it doesn’t exist — and remote work or field sales become impossible.
Data that isn’t current
When the report is generated overnight, you decide with yesterday’s picture. In a market that shifts by the hour, that costs money.
An experience that slows you down
Slow screens, confusing forms and one step too many make people avoid the tool — or make mistakes while using it reluctantly.
Something that won’t scale
What worked with 50 users falls over at 500. Adding a new feature takes weeks because nothing was built to grow.
Use cases by department
An application for every
area.
| Department | Web application | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Sales | Customer portal with orders and status | Customers check and order on their own, with fewer calls and emails to the rep. |
| Operations | Real-time tracking dashboard | Every status visible instantly, with no parallel spreadsheets or corridor questions. |
| Finance | Invoices, payments and reconciliation area | Download and reconcile without lost PDFs or endless email chains. |
| HR | Employee portal (leave, payslips) | Requests and documents in one place, with traceability and self-service. |
| Leadership | Dashboard with business KPIs | A single source of truth to decide with fresh data, not gut feel. |
In one line
A good web app feels fast, clear and yours.
Benefits and results
What you gain by
making the leap.
Access from anywhere
All you need is a browser. Your team and your customers get in from a computer, a tablet or a phone, in the office or out of it.
Real-time data
Everyone sees the same information updated instantly, with no overnight exports or out-of-date versions.
Centralised security
Access, permissions and backups are managed in one place, not spread across ten different laptops.
Scalability
The architecture grows with your business: from dozens to thousands of users without having to rebuild everything.
A single update
You update once, on the server, and everyone has the latest version instantly. Nothing to install on each machine.
An experience made to fit
The application adapts to your process and your brand, not the other way round. People use it because it makes the work easier.
Stack and quality
Modern tools,
classic judgement.
Working isn’t enough: a web application has to be fast, secure and usable by everyone. We measure performance with Google’s Core Web Vitals and optimise loading and rendering so screens respond instantly.
We protect data and access following the OWASP security guidelines, with robust authentication, encryption and role-based permissions. And we design to the WCAGaccessibility criteria, so the application works with a keyboard, with a screen reader and on any device. These aren’t extras: they’re part of doing it properly.
The CPPA method
From idea to a product
in production.
Discovery and product design
We understand who the application serves, what it has to solve and how the work is done today. We define scope, priorities and a first clickable prototype before writing production code.
Architecture and interface
We choose architecture and stack for your needs, not for fashion. We design a clear, responsive and accessible interface, and define the data model and the integrations.
Building and integrating
We develop in iterations with visible deliveries every few weeks. We connect to your systems through APIs, with automated tests, error handling and continuous deployment.
Launch and evolution
We roll out in phases, measure real performance and usage, and fine-tune. The application ships documented, monitored and ready to grow with your business.
Example applications
What it looks like
in practice.

- Sync when the network returns
- Geolocation and signature
Risks and mitigation
Where they go wrong,
and how we avoid it.
Web projects almost always fail for the same reasons. We know them, which is why we tackle them from the design stage:
Performance
A slow application drives users away. We mitigate it with load optimisation, efficient rendering and continuous measurement of Core Web Vitals.
Security
Data and access are the biggest risk. We follow the OWASP guidelines, with robust authentication, encryption and role-based permission control.
Browsers and devices
What looks fine on your laptop can break on an old phone. Responsive design and testing on real devices prevent surprises.
Technical debt
Going fast with no architecture produces code that’s impossible to maintain. We set a solid foundation so adding features is cheap, not a drama.
Accessibility
An interface that excludes people with disabilities excludes customers and creates legal exposure. We work to WCAG from the design stage, not as a patch.
Vendor lock-in
If the code and the knowledge stay outside, you’re trapped. We deliver code, documentation and handover: the application is yours.
