Solutions / Process automation

Process automation
with intelligence.

We remove repetitive work by connecting your systems and orchestrating tasks end to end. Less time lost, fewer errors, more focus on what matters.

Why automate

Every manual process is
a hidden cost.

Copying data between apps, re-entering invoices, chasing approvals by email: these invisible tasks eat up hours, create errors and hold your team back. Automating them is not a technical luxury — it is capacity you get back. At CPPA we design reliable, observable automations, integrated with what you already use, with human control where it matters.

In one line

Every task you automate is time your team gets back.

How we work

From manual process
to a system that runs itself.

01

Process mapping

We analyse how you work today and measure where time is lost, where errors happen and what can be automated.

02

Automation design

We define the target flow, the required integrations and the human control points. We prioritise by impact.

03

Build & integration

We implement with automated testing and observability, connecting your current systems without breaking them.

04

Operate & improve

We monitor, measure the real savings and improve continuously. The automation learns and grows with you.

Frequently asked questions

What is process automation?
It is the use of software to run business tasks and processes that used to be done manually: moving data between systems, approving requests, generating documents, answering queries. The goal is not to "replace people" but to remove repetitive work so your team can focus on what creates value.
What is the difference between RPA, BPA and AI automation?
RPA mimics clicks and specific tasks on existing interfaces. BPA (business process automation) redesigns the whole process, not just one task. AI automation / agents add the ability to read unstructured text, decide and adapt. At CPPA we combine all three depending on the case, prioritising robust integrations over fragile solutions.
Which processes can be automated?
Good candidates: repetitive processes, with clear rules, high volume and several systems involved. Common examples: invoice intake, employee or customer onboarding, reconciliations, report generation, first-line responses, syncing between CRM/ERP and spreadsheets.
How much time or money can be saved?
It depends on the process, but in high-volume tasks it is common to recover between 30% and 70% of the time spent. Before building anything, we measure the current process and estimate the savings with transparent assumptions, so the decision is based on data, not promises.
Is it secure and GDPR-compliant?
Yes. We design with least privilege, encryption in transit and at rest, auditable logs and human control at critical points. We process data in accordance with GDPR and sign the required data-processing agreements.
How long does an automation project take?
A first high-impact automation is usually in production in weeks, not months. We work in phases: we start with a specific process that proves value and scale from there.
