Managed IT services / Microsoft 365

Microsoft 365,
managed well.

Licences, security, email, Teams and backups, set up the way they should be. We take care of your Microsoft 365 from end to end so it works, stays secure and doesn’t cost you more than it should.

Managing 365

Paying for licences isn’t
the same as managing them.

Problems it solves

What an unmanaged 365
ends up costing you.

What we manage

Your whole 365,
under control.

We take on the whole thing, not isolated pieces. These are the areas we manage day to day:

Cases by scenario

It depends on where
you are today.

The core idea

Having 365 isn’t enough: it has to be managed well.

Benefits and results

What you can
expect.

Our approach

We know the whole
ecosystem.

The CPPA methodology

From an improvised tenant
to a 365 that runs well.

01

Tenant audit

We review your Microsoft 365 exactly as it is today: licences, security, permissions, email and backups. We surface risks, wasted spend and pending settings, and rank them by priority.

02

Configuration and security plan

We define the target state: which plan for each user, which security policies to enable, how to structure Teams and SharePoint and what backups you need. All written down and agreed.

03

Implementation and migration

We roll out the changes in phases, carefully and with no surprises: MFA, Defender, permissions, backups and, if needed, email migration. We test before touching production.

04

Ongoing management and support

We stay on: user onboarding and offboarding, periodic security and cost reviews, and support when someone needs it. Your 365 stays healthy and does not drift out of shape over time.

in practice.

and how we prevent it.

Managing a 365 well means both getting the most out of it and shielding it against what usually fails:

Frequently asked questions

Isn’t Microsoft 365 secure by default?
Microsoft protects its platform, but your organisation’s configuration is your responsibility. By default, many key settings (MFA, access policies, advanced anti-phishing protection) are not turned up to full. Managing 365 is precisely about closing those gaps: enabling the second factor, hardening email and controlling who accesses what.
Do I need to back up Microsoft 365?
Yes, and this is one of the most common misunderstandings. Microsoft guarantees the availability of the platform, but it does not protect your data against accidental deletion, a departing employee or a ransomware attack. An independent 365 backup lets you recover email and SharePoint and OneDrive files even if the original is gone.
Can you migrate my email to Microsoft 365?
Yes. We migrate from Google Workspace, self-hosted mail servers (IMAP/Exchange) or other providers. We work in phases and with testing, so that email and files arrive complete and users notice the change as little as possible.
Do you reduce licensing costs?
There is almost always room. We review the assigned licences, cross-check them against real usage and match each plan to what each person actually needs; we remove the ones nobody uses. The goal is for you to pay for what you use, with a predictable bill.
Is MFA mandatory?
We recommend it without exception, and Microsoft is pushing it ever harder as the standard. MFA (a second factor) is the single measure that prevents the most attacks: even if a password is stolen, it is not enough to get in. We roll it out so that it is convenient for users and robust against fraud.
Is Microsoft 365 management GDPR-compliant?
Yes. We configure 365 with least privilege, retention policies, access control and auditable logs, and we help document your data processing. Data in a European tenant is hosted in the EU and we sign the data processing agreements required.
